Turmeric Collagen Latte

Our Turmeric Collagen Latte is the perfect warm beverage when you need a little break from caffeine! It is so easy to make and only calls for a few ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen!




Here are the details:


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or your favorite non dairy milk)

  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon ( add as much as you want ... We usually put a little more than 1/2 tsp!)

  • A dash of nutmeg

  • 1 scoop of vital proteins collagen

  • 1/2 tsp of honey

  • A dash of black pepper



Recipe:

  1. Pour almond milk into a small saucer pan and heat on stove

  2. Add all the ingredients listed above and stir with a spatula

  3. Once everything is mixed in and its a the perfect consistency, you are done!
