Our Turmeric Collagen Latte is the perfect warm beverage when you need a little break from caffeine! It is so easy to make and only calls for a few ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen!

Here are the details:
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond milk (or your favorite non dairy milk)
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon ( add as much as you want ... We usually put a little more than 1/2 tsp!)
A dash of nutmeg
1 scoop of vital proteins collagen
1/2 tsp of honey
A dash of black pepper
Recipe:
Pour almond milk into a small saucer pan and heat on stove
Add all the ingredients listed above and stir with a spatula
Once everything is mixed in and its a the perfect consistency, you are done!
