Spring Break Guide #1: NYC!!

Spring Break Guide #1- New York City

Spring Break is very soon so we decided to do a travel guide for some of our fav cities!! And obviously, the Big Apple topped the list!! There is nothing quite like New York City, from the Empire State Building, to Times Square we got you covered!! Check out our NYC favs!!

xx,

The Sisters

Restaurants/ Cafes:

  • Catch - This iconic restaurant has the BEST food and you might even see some A list celebs (like our fav girl, Romee)

  • The Polo Bar - Classic New York Staple. It is owned by Ralph Lauren and this restaurant is always at the top of our NYC to do list!

  • The Butcher's Daughter - A very healthy and trendy restaurant in NYC for any meal (we recommend breakfast!!)

  • The Blue Box Cafe - BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY's!!!! We love coming here for afternoon tea! It is so much fun. Everything is tiffany blue and so instagramable! It is located inside the Tiffany & Co on 5th avenue.

  • Pietro NoLita - Super cute restaurant! Everything is PINK!!! It is literally made for instagram! Great italian food! They serve lunch, brunch and dinner.

  • by Chloe - a vegan restaurant where everything is healthy yet DELICIOUS!!! We LOVE this place! First off the restaurant is instagramable. Secondly, the food is delicious and so healthy!!

  • abc Kitchen - another vegan restaurant but do not worry everything is delicious here!

  • ChaCha matcha - matcha HEAVEN!!! Great place to take a quick stop and have some matcha, coffee or tea and of course take some cute pics! Super instagramable!

Attractions:

  • Top of The Rock - Beautiful view very close to Rockefeller Center!!

  • Rockefeller Center - A necessary stop, whether the ice rink is open or not!! If you plan to skate, we DO NOT recommend waiting in the hour long line! It is much better to get the VIP tickets. With VIP tickets you can skate for as long as you want and plus, you get cookies and hot chocolate!! We always go VIP when we skate in Rockefeller.

  • Times Square - Time Square is an iconic NYC landmark and is great for pictures, but other than that, it really is a big tourist trap! So go for the experience, but don't stay longer than you need to!!

  • Central Park - Great for a nice walk to take a break for this busy city. So beautiful.

  • Metropolitan Museum of Art - Beautiful museum for anyone who loves art. (Plus, even if you don't, it is still necessary to get that Gossip Girl classic pic, right? :)

  • MoMA - Modern art museum that is very nice and we can't wait to go back.

  • Frick Collection - Gorgeous mansion museum in New York. We loved it! We definitely recommend stopping by.

  • American Museum of Natural History - a must! Super interesting and fun

  • 9/11 memorial and museum - A very touching experience. Very memorable.

Stores:

  • Glossier - Because, who doesn't LOVE Glossier?! We love Glossier's message about celebrating everyone's beauty. Plus, the NYC showroom is just perfect!!

  • Barney's New York - Classic store with great shopping! If you stop at Barney's be sure to eat at Fred's (inside Barney's)

  • Reformation - LOVE the clothes at this store! They only have a few locations throughout the country so make sure you stop by!

  • Topshop Flagship Store on Fifth Avenue - a total must!

  • Henri Bendel - we love all the handbags, totes and luggage from here!! A NYC classic store!

  • VINCE. - chic and stylish clothing that everyone loves

Broadway Shows:

  • Jersey Boys - By far, one of our favorite shows ever!! It felt like a concert and it was evident the entire theater was having a great time!!

  • Wicked - Wicked is a classic broadway show that everyone has to see at least once!! Plus the set is amazing.

  • Anastasia - Where do we begin? We watched Anastasia on a rainy day but this is a must see show!! The songs were amazing and the plot was great! Anastasia has a special place in our hearts.

  • The Phantom of the Opera - Again, this show is a classic for any broadway goer!

  • Aladdin - OMG! Gorgeous set!! This is a MUST see! Many people think this show is only for little kids/ families with small children, but it can be enjoyed by EVERYONE.

  • Beautiful - This is such a gorgeous show that feels like a concert! The plot was amazing and a true story! Lovely!

Have fun for us in the city that never sleeps!!
