Simple & Fresh Fruit Bowl

This fruit bowl is so easy to make and is so delicious. We love to have it with so many meals and even as a snack or midnight treat!

Here are the details:

Ingredients (makes 1 serving)

- 3/4 cup of sliced strawberries

- handful of sliced bananas (as little or as much as you want!)

- 1 tbsp of chia seeds


- Slice up the strawberries, bananas, and any other fruit you desire.

- Place larger slices of fruit at the bottom of the bowl and smaller ones near the top.

- Sprinkle chia seeds on top!
