Last night we made the BEST paleo cookies and we had to share the recipe!! Let us know how you liked them!
1 cup almond flour
1/4th cup coconut flour
1 tea spoon baking soda or baking power
1/4th cup coconut sugar
1 packet of stevia
dairy free chocolate chips (use as much as you want depending on how much chocolate you like)
a dash of sea salt
1/8th cup almond milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds
6 tablespoons almond butter
6 tablespoons coconut butter/oil (melted)
Now, to make them it is super easy! Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together. Once mixed, grab a small amount of the batter and roll into a small ball. Place in the oven for about 15 min or until slightly golden at 350 degrees. Enjoy! This makes about 14-17 cookies.
