This is one of our favorite recipes for delicious and healthy blondies! We actually discovered this recipe by accident, but it turned out amazing!
Below are the details!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3 smashed banana (the riper, the better!)
- 3 eggs (possible to make vegan by using 'flax eggs' which is 1 tbs flaxseed, 3 tbs water)
- dash of cinnamon
- dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
-1/2 cup almond butter
- Olive oil or avocado oil
Directions:
Mix all the wet ingredients into a bowl (we use Kitchen Aid mixer)
Once mixed, add in dry ingredients and mix
Once batter is made, add in chocolate chips -- we don't give a specific amount, because it depends on how much you want! We add in a lot of chocolate chips because we love it!
Grease a 9x9 brownie tin and pour batter
Bake for around 20 minutes until golden brown (do knife test!) at 350 degrees
Once baked, remove from oven and let cool
Remove from tin + cut into little squares (or however, you'd like!)
Pile the blondies on a plate and drizzle on top some melted dark chocolate, maple syrup, melted almond butter, and a dash of cinnamon!
