Our Favorite Salad Recipe

Here is the recipe for our favorite healthy and easy-to-make lunch salad!


  • arugula

  • grilled chicken breast (or cut cold cut chicken works too!)

  • olive oil

  • lemon juice

  • pepper

  • avocado

  • Mary's Gone Crackers Black Pepper


  • put arugula in a big bowl and toss in olive oil and lemon juice. We did not put a specific amount because it really depends on how you like your salad! Then, crack fresh pepper on top.

  • Put tossed arugula onto a plate and top with grilled chicken

  • Add a handful of Mary's Gone Crackers to plate! (any crackers work, but these crackers really complement the salad)
