Now that we've been in quarantine for about a month, we've been experimenting with almost every recipe and our pizza recipe is amazing! It is gluten free and vegan but full of the good stuff! Here are the details!
Simple Mills Pizza Mix (makes two 8 in pizzas)
Daiya Mozarella "cheese" (our your favorite dairy-free cheese!)
riced cauliflower (optional)
small diced florets of broccoli (optional)
red peppers (optional)
Spinach (don't be afraid to add a lot of spinach! It shrinks in oven)
Follow steps on Simple Mills package to make pizzas.
While crust is in oven, put Beyond Meat on skillet over stove and fully cook.
Once crust is done, remove from oven.
Drizzle olive oil on top.
Spread marinara sauce on crust, leaving a small crust.
Add a layer of cheese, then add desired toppings. (Our pizza always looks very full of toppings before oven, but it shrinks in oven!)
Note: add layers of cheese between layers of veggies!
Drizzle olive oil once all layers are on top.
Cook in oven
