Non-Alcoholic Paleo Piña Colada Recipe

Nothing defines summer more as sipping a Piña Colada by the beach or pool on a hot summer day!! We love Piña Coladas, however, we rarely have them because of how much sugar they have and if they have dairy. Whenever we do have one at a restaurant or hotel we have to make a lot of substitutions .... Now, we have finally created the best Virgin Paleo/Dairy Free/Gluten Free Piña Colada Recipe!

Servings: 2 to 3

Total time: 5 minutes

Equipment List:

- Blender


- 1 cup of frozen pineapple

- 1 cup of frozen mango

- 1 can of coconut cream

- 1/2 cup of water

- 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice

- 2 tsp of low glycemic agave

- 1/3 cup of ice


• Place all the ingredients listed above into a blender and blend until smooth

• Add more low glycemic agave if needed

• Serve promptly and enjoy!!
