Paleo Friendly French Toast Recipe

We are obsessed with this recipe! Every Sunday, we make this simple French Toast for brunch. We use Birch Benders Palo toaster waffles as the main ingredient. They are found at Whole Foods/HEB/Amazon/Target etc. We'll link ALL of the ingredients below.


We posted this easy and delicious recipe early on Simply Cosmopolitan IG, but here are the recipe details below!


Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 1.5 tbs egg whites per waffle

  • Cinnamon

  • Birch Benders Paleo toaster waffles

  • Almond milk whipped cream

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Maple syrup

  • Chocolate chips

  • Almond butter

Directions:

  1. Crack the egg in a large bowl & mix with egg whites & cinnamon

  2. Defrost waffles & place in the batter

  3. Oil pan (we use avocado oil) & remove waffles from batter & place on the pan

  4. After a few minutes, flip waffles

  5. Take off pan & top with fav toppings!

  6. For toppings, we put almond butter in between each waffle, top with strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, & whipped cream. Then, add the next waffle on top & top with berries! Drizzle maple syrup on top & ENJOY 🤤🥞
