Today for breakfast we had the BEST breakfast quinoa! We always eat quinoa but we had no idea quinoa was a breakfast food. We talked with the chefs and gave us this delicious recipe!! Here are the ingredients: cooked quinoa, almond milk (or coconut milk), blueberries, strawberries, and toppings (such as cut strawberries, bananas, blueberries, sliced almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, honey, etc.)!!
1. First, take the almond/coconut milk and mix in a blender with the strawberries and blueberries until it is blended completely.
2. Take the cooked quinoa and pour the milk/berries in the quinoa until the quinoa is soaked in the milk mixture. Let the mixture sit for about an hour in the refrigerator.
3. After an hour, take the mixture out and take a spatula to mix completely. Then, add as many toppings as you want!!!!
