While we are social distancing, we have been doing a lot of yoga and sculpting to sweat and relax. As you may know, I (Ingrid) am a certified Yoga Sculpt Instructor and I teach yoga sculpt classes biweekly at the University of Texas RecSports.
I love a quick burn and flow for when I don't have too much time. Here is a 14 minute lower body sculpt and yoga flow class that gets you sweating and relaxed in a quick amount of time. Combine with another workout, do a quickie 14 minute burn to get your day started, or do this workout 3x to get a full 45 minute workout!
